Everyone at Know Your Farmers is so excited that the most wonderful time of the year is finally here – Farmers Market season!

This year our region is once again playing host to many amazing markets: check out our list at the end of this post (and please comment if we missed one) or visit our Farmer’s Markets page. We are also delighted to have a shiny new market cropping up (ahem!) in Westbrook. The Westbrook Farmers Market will run on Fridays, May 24 through October 4 from 4:00 -7:00 at the Teresa Mulvey Municipal Center. The market’s mission is “Know your farmer, know your source!” and that is a sentiment we fully endorse.

Read more about the market in this article that appeared on zip06.com and this article from the Shoreline Times.
